So how does it work?

In person?

Simply approach the staff and identify you that you are interested.  There are options for a single programs that include a 30 min interview gathering as much information as possible about your goals, timelines and current fitness level.  We will then spend the time researching your sport or professional requirements and combine these into your needs to produce the best possible solution.

We also offer ongoing support in 3 and 6 month packages.  Through these options you will have interviews conducted monthly with closely monitored progress and adjustments as required.

Via Correspondence?

Don’t live local to Wollongong but like our Kung-Fu?  We have a robust video conferencing solution for you.  Again there are options for single programs and 3 – 6 month packages.  Your interviews will be conducted via video conferencing, we will also recommend that appropriate movements are also recorded and provided for review through these interviews again to provide you with the best possible service.
