Yes, although during class times that section and equipment is allocated to the class, but you are welcome to come in and get your own workout done.
We always suggest doing a free trial first. After your trial the Warrior Strength times on our program are dedicate to people who are newer, or who need extra coaching.
Please contact us to book your own trial session. Your trial session is free, however bookings are essential. After that, depending on where you’re at and where you want to go, you can either go onto Athletic Development, one of our Pathway programs, or Starting Strength. Our Starting Strength program provides the perfect platform to learn the basic barbell movements. Expect individual attention and a high emphasis on posture and technique through your initial sessions.
Pathways refers to our specialised programs. We realise that not everybody wants the same thing out of their training, and so each program is designed with a different goal in mind. Pathways includes programs for anything from joining the military to wanting to look better at the beach.
